*UPS requires 2nd Day Air for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, you will be charged normal UPS 2nd Day shipping rates (as listed above) in addition to a fee of $5.50 per item ordered.

When you place an order with CarlosShoes.com, you are emailed a confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the UPS tracking information for your order’s shipment (we currently ship Monday through Friday only). UPS Standard shipping is usually delivered between 5-7 business days.
*Please note: You must place your order by 11:00 AM Central Time Monday through Friday to receive your shipment by second business day or next business day (PM). UPS does not deliver for CarlosShoes.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays. We ship Monday through Friday only (excluding national or federal holidays) to addresses in the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Sales Tax
CarlosShoes.com charges tax on purchases shipped to Missouri, Illinois, New York and Wisconsin. By law, we must charge tax on shipments to the states in which we operate our business.

Returns & Exchanges
We feel confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the need arises, you may return your unworn shoes within 60 days for a refund.
Returns are easy at CarlosShoes.com. Just follow these simple steps:

2. Re-package your order and place the completed return form inside the box.
3. On the return shipping label, write your order number, if known. (An order number helps speed up your transaction. If you check out with an account, your order number is available in the
My Account section of CarlosShoes.com.) Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. CarlosShoes.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.
4. Return your package through the carrier of your choice.
